Julia is start-up veteran, having worked with several food-tech startups throughout her career—including San Francisco-based AgLocal, a where she helped sustainable family farmers better market their value-added protein products. She will lead an engaging and informative discussion — targeted toward farmers but inclusive of all players in the organic and non-GMO grain supply chain — around using data and new technological tools for improved marketing, decision-making and better business outcomes for organic, non-GMO and identity-preserved (IP) commodities.
