A Walk in the Sun

Philip S. Callahan

$25.00

This book is the ultimate answer to the mystery of Phil Callahan. And it explains why civilization frequently engineers itself into a convulsion. For those big lessons learned in small situations on A Walk in the Sun are, in fact, bigger than life and history, and ultimately must be seen as the tuning fork Callahan invoked when he made his breakthrough discoveries. Discover with Callahan the secrets of nature as he hikes from the Orient to Europe and explores along the way in this fascinating travel diary.

Absorbing narrative

What an enjoyable read! Interesting view of a different world immediately after the second world war. Interesting insights about magnetism, insect communication and radio waves. Even better is the author's observations of human behavior.
