Great information

I have books on homeopathy for cattle, organic care of dairy herds, many herbal books with applications to humans and animals, --however, this book ties it all together if that is the direction a farmer is searching out. No volume is exhaustive, but Dr. Dettloff draws from experience as well as a healthy shot of humility to put together an overall view of what needs to happen as well as individual, illness specific applications that can be immediately started once you have items on hand. Start building your toolbox today with his recommendations, while you address your soil needs so that the need for repeated treatment help falls by the wayside with health restoration. Good explanation that helps the reader see what the true goals are. So thankful he left this written overview of his life's learnings.

Alternative Treatment - good read!

The book Alternative Treatments for Ruminant Animals is very well written with specific ideas and processes which can be implemented by the 'average' cattle man / woman. Good down to earth practical information written in a way that any of us can understand.
